Exchange Sync is an evolution of a product from a previous company we owned called OfficeSync. The purpose is to automatically run a background synchronization to keep user Exchange calendars in sync with Siebel CRM calendars. It also automatically synchronizes e-mails from Microsoft Exchange into Siebel CRM as activities. Ideal for companies who run their business with Siebel CRM.
